ICM was founded in 1983 by three partners of three different nationalities. As entrepreneurs, we had several convictions, which time has confirmed:

  1. Globalization is the challenge of the 21st century
  2. Managing this transformation and change is essential to company performance
  3. Building a strong, open and healthy corporate culture is critical to keeping the best leaders and managers
  4. Getting the right balance between global consistency and respect for diversity through cooperation is essential to growth
