Brice de Margerie

Brice de Margerie, French, lives in Paris and is a creative partner of ICM. Executive Coach, Trainer, Consultant and Entrepreneur, he joined ICM in 2013, with an obsession : electrifying trainees through disrupting facilitation practices.

Brice works with international clients involved in strategic change. Common issues for his clients are : how can we develop a shared corporate culture ? How can we share our vision with every one ? how can I get people to step up, dare, and be more creative ? How can I be more influent ? How can we communicate better ?
He has been designing and facilitating programs for Orange leaders, Safran, Ratp, Hennessy, la Française des jeux, L’Oréal, EADS, Essec, IBM, Allianz, Carrefour, Mondial Assistance, IFF

He is the founder of Talent Social, a digital think tank dedicated to practice analysis and sharing and member of Codesign it, a french hub for experience designers.

Brice graduated from Essec, with a major in psycho-sociology and organizational analysis. As part of his studies, he completed a memoir on cross-cultural HR practices between Japanese and European (Hitachi – Yokohama). He is a composer for the movie industry.

Brice works in French and English.
