Elena Terekhova, Russian, obtained her degree in International Relations in Russia and completed her education with a Master’s program in International Project Management in France. She worked at an intergovernmental organization, Bureau International des Expositions, in Paris and was in charge of supervising the preparation of International Astana Expo 2017.
Elena joined ICM in early 2015 as a junior consultant. She assists senior consultants in running surveys and manages a number of projects for the clients in France and abroad. Driven by learning and constantly on the go, Elena has recently taken up a portfolio of ICM Intercultural Trainings.
Elena has acquired much of her international experience by attending and running trainings on aspects of intercultural communication and leadership all over Europe. One of the latest projects she designed and facilitated was the training on Team Communication at the summer school of the Youth Association for Greater Europe, Paris.
Elena works in English, French and Russian.
