Julie Jessup

Julie is a Human Resources consultant with 20 years experience in leading international HR positions in Europe and world-wide. Throughout her career Julie has concentrated on facilitating change in organizations and managing talent to drive business performance. She has implemented several leadership programs, succession planning and performance management systems.

In her consulting practice, Julie concentrates primarily on Human Resources strategy design and implementation, change management, leadership development and coaching. All of her experience has been in an international context, building understanding and teamwork across cultures. After five years with Digital Equipment Corporation designing and leading development programs for consultants and senior managers, Julie became the V.P. of Executive Resource Planning at Givaudan, a leading flavours and fragrances company. In this position she was responsible for executive recruitment, succession planning, training and development, and internal communications. Julie then created the position of Human Resources Director Europe for NMS Communications. Before going into human resources, Julie worked in sales for IBM.

Julie is American and French and works in both languages. She has her MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science from the University of California at San Diego.
