Laetitia Mazauric

Lætitia Mazauric, French, worked with Eastern European countries for seven years, coordinating art festivals to promote East-West cultural exchanges in Prague and in Paris..  She also worked for the Agence France Presse, in Moscow.

She began working with ICM in 1993 on a large training project in Russia in partnership with the European Commission. Since then she has developed expertise in the areas of Diversity training, Negotiations and Conflict resolution and Remote Team work and regularly delivers programs in these areas to senior managers of large international companies.

Lætitia also works with senior management teams and international functional teams helping them clarify and get alignment on their mission, critical success factors and values. Using ICM’s Culture Bridging Fundamentals© tool she led the cultural diagnostic for Air France when they merged with KLM.

Lætitia’s clients include Safran, Total, Heineken, sanofi-aventis, EADS, EDF, GlaxoSmithKline, Skyteam Alliance, as well as international organizations such as the Council of Europe and OECD.

Lætitia received a Masters degree in International Relations from the Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations and a Masters degree in East European studies from the Institute of Political Science in Paris.

Lætitia works in French and English.
