Lucile Massabiau, French, holds a Master of Business with a specialisation in Consulting from the Business School of Montpellier, and a Bachelor Degree in Sciences of Management from Southampton Solent University, UK. Prior to joining ICM, she worked with Y.D Communication, a media agency in Beijing and was involved in the launch of the French Cinema School of Beijing.
Lucile joined ICM upon her return to France in April 2006 as a junior consultant and survey specialist, where she has run interviews and implemented online surveys (such as cultural and team diagnostics, integration barometers, internal opinion surveys, 360° feedback instruments, the Culture Bridging Fundamentals© cultural diagnostic, etc) on different aspects of corporate management for clients such as Steelcase, sanofi pasteur, sanofi-aventis, BNP Paribas, le Conseil de l’Europe, EDF DPN, Arcelor, UCB Pharma, Thalès, Alstom, Rexel, Eurocopter. On these projects she managed the start-to-finish process, from setting up the dedicated web server to treating data and producing final reports.
Lucile has organised and co-facilitated groups in international seminars and top management working meetings, serving as key client liaison, for sanofi pasteur, sanofi-aventis, BNP Paribas, Nexans, Parkeon, le Conseil de l’Europe, EDF, GDF SUEZ, Phoenix Pharma, Sperian Protection, Imerys.
In 2009 Lucile has been the project manager for a major initiative in 25 subsidiaries of a pharmaceutical company, involving a survey measuring employee engagement and readiness to contribute to the transformation of the organization. She has travelled widely for this project, co-facilitating management committee working meetings on the basis of questionnaire data.
Since 2010, Lucile works as a Consultant. She has been in charge of the diagnostic phase and the management of consulting and training projects for Alstom, Addax Petroleum, AREVA, sanofi-aventis, sanofi pasteur, Phoenix Pharma, EDF DPN. In addition, she is “Insights Discovery” certified.
Lucile also supports ICM change and transformation projects, as manager of the ICM Web 2.0 project.
