Monika Thiel

Monika Thiel, German, started her career as Product Manager in Thomson Multimedia in London and then relocated to the Paris head office where she developed a system for continuous quality research in Germany and France. Monika then moved on to socio-cultural research training marketing teams on the impact of culture on consumer behavior and international brands.

At ICM provides executive committees with Cultural audits, using ICM’s Culture Bridging Fundamentals© tool, and helps these teams design a process to align the organization to their new strategy. She delivers senior management development programs focusing on leadership, managing change and uncertainty, influencing effectively and managing remote projects. She is certified in Insights® Discovery and uses this profiling tool to coach individuals and teams for more effective management and communication. As part of her work she helps clients design annual conventions, coaching the management team throughout the event and providing facilitation support.

Her clients include Air France-KLM, Campbell France, Chronopost, EADS, Munich Re, Nexans, Hydro Aluminium, Heineken, UCB, Segro Real Estate, sanofi-aventis and Volvo Global Trucks.

Monika holds a degree in International Marketing from Thames University in London.  She works in German, English and French.
