Samy Billioud

Samy Billioud, French, holds a Master of Political Sciences with a specialization in International and European Relations from Sciences Po – Aix en Provence. He participated to the creation of the Diplomatic and Consular Institute for the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and worked at the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, within the representation of the Employers’ Group.

Samy recently joined ICM, upon his return to France in June 2011, as a Survey Specialist/Junior Consultant. He is in charge of implementing surveys and other data gathering exercises and assists ICM consultants on client and development projects.

He already managed internal surveys and produced final reports for the Members of the European Committee and was also in charge of external communication for the Employers’ Group. Samy has participated to the organization of several international seminars for French and German diplomats, in Berlin, Brussels and Paris; he managed as well the Young European Entrepreneurs Seminar organized by the EESC in November 2010. He prepared training sessions on leadership and team management for the Diplomatic Institute in 2010.

Samy works in French and in English.
