Sonsoles Morales

Sonsoles Morales is a dynamic and experienced consultant, coach and facilitator who works internationally in the areas of leadership, diversity and organizational change. A Political Science & International Relations graduate from the University of Madrid (La Complutense), she completed her studies with an MBA from the City University of New York.

Sonsoles has worked with management committees on the issues of employee engagement, corporate vision & mission and strategic planning. Her client portfolio includes top multinational corporations such as Sanofi-aventis or L’Oréal, international organizations like the European Union, local government agencies (Comunidad de Madrid), non-profits (Red Cross), and the Spanish Armed Forces, to name a few.

Sonsoles is a recognized expert on the field of Diversity Management and a frequent speaker at business conferences. Currently based in Madrid (Spain), Sonsoles lived in New York for seven years and has traveled extensively across the US, Europe and Latin America.
Sonsoles works in English and Spanish.
