Sophie de Mougins

Sophie de Mougins, French, joined ICM in 2011 after 7 years experience in industry and 3 years in consulting. As part of her program at the Ecole Internationale de Commerce et de Développement of Lyon with a major in Management, Sophie spent three months launching products for “Kompass” in Chile. Sophie then pursued her international experience for another year, working with the Lyon International Chamber of Commerce supporting companies looking to develop in Asia.

In 2004 Sophie joined Declathon as manager of the “Mountain” sector. She managed a team of 8 to 20 salespeople, with responsibility for recruitment and then the full range of performance management activities with that team. She was responsible for optimizing annual turnover of 4.8 M€ per year, increasing margins and profitability fo the sector.

In 2007 Sophie joined the international training company Krauthammer International and spent three years as a consultant/trainer. He responsibilities ranged from consulting to leadership teams and accompanying them as they developed their strategies for transformation to facilitating management leadership, negotiations and teambuilding sessions. She was responsible for developing her client portfolio.
At ICM Sophie is involved in management and leadership development projects. She brings strong competence in design, acquired during her previous three years, as well as a range of development tools and processes.

Sophie works in French and English and has a good knowledge of Spanish.
