Sophie Lamarque Dacquet

Sophie Lamarque Dacquet has been a consultant in human resources and management in multicultural environments since the late 1990’s. She has specialised in implementing HR solutions that support corporate business strategies, in particular with respect to implementing recruitment, evaluation and competence development processes; talent management and performance management linked to competency profiles. Sophie has designed and facilitated many leadership development seminars as well as leadership team alignment processes.

Sophie is a certified leadership coach with a master certification from Mozaik and has worked as a coach in numerous fields: pharmaceuticals, automobile, international organizations, computer technology, transport and engineering companies and defense organization, NGO’s and distribution companies. Her coaching focuses on new manager integration, transition or change management. Sophie has worked on numerous coaching projects with ICM Associates.

Sophie’s career is international. She developed a travel agency, subsidiary of the Groupe Delmas Vieljex in Lagos, Nigeria; developed a franchise netowrk in Miami, Florida, managed a sales team for the subsidiary of the EURO-RSCG group in France and managed the sales force of a press and specialized publications organization in Business à Paris. Her varied experience has convinced her that people development is of critical importance in value creation for all organizations and individual professional growth and satisfaction.

Sophie works in French and in English.
