Tony Khabaz

Tony Khabaz is an experienced change facilitator and executive coach with substantial international experience.
He specialises in accompanying senior executives and their teams in situations of change, particularly in cross-cultural environments.

He has developed and delivered Leadership programs for EMEA management teams, and he has coached senior managers and their teams over long periods of time. In this context, he has also had the occasion to take some clients on The Hero’s Journey, using this experiential process as a vehicle to reach new dimensions of leadership.

With ICM, he focuses on coaching as well as facilitating intercultural dialogue between Western and Middle-Eastern or North African stakeholders.

Tony has experience with a large number of organisations such as Air Liquide, Air Products, Alstom, Axa IM, Banques Populaires, Cegelec, Copthorne and Millenium, Council of Europe, EMC, Escada, France Telecom, Insead, Lonely Planet, Miele, Motorola, OECD, Oracle, Philips, Sanofi Pasteur, Schneider, Steria, The New York Times, Total and UCB.

He has published in French:
* Manager, où sont tes repères ? Editions d’Organisation, 2003 (with Catherine Lagarde) about sustaining leadership as well as collective high performance and momentum in an unpredictable environment.
* Du temps pour tout, Flammarion, 1998 (with Catherine Lagarde) about work-life balance and personal accomplishments.

Lebanese in origin, English-speaking by education and French by adoption, Tony began his studies in psychology at the American University in Beirut before finishing these at New York University. Tony has lived in the Middle East, in Italy, in the United States and in France and this has given him rich experience in cultural diversity, change processes and cultural adaptation.

Tony is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is trained in the Palo-Alto approach and facilitating Patterns of High Performance discovery processes. As the result of a four-year training cycle, he received certification from the American School of Gestalt and Experiential Teaching. He is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Judgement Indicator (LJI).

Tony works in English and French and also speaks Arabic (Middle East).
