Within the context of our consulting projects, our survey activity consists in delivering diagnostics to our clients: cultural diagnostics, integration barometers, 360° feedbacks, internal climate or team effectiveness surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, etc.
As a survey specialist/Junior Consultant, you
- Run surveys: designing and adapting questionnaires, administering them (publishing websites on the Internet), processing data (descriptive statistics / drawing up reports), interfacing with clients
- Assist consultants: contributing to projects, attending meetings, assisting in writing business proposals, providing logistics support (agendas, travelling, creating documents, organizing seminars)
- Contribute to internal projects and general support
Whom we are looking for
You have a bachelor/master degree (equivalent bac + 4/5 minimum)
You have a good knowledge of basic concepts in statistics including quantitative and qualitative data analysis
You master basic IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and you are a quick learner of new software (statistics, web…)
You are bilingual French/English, organized and rigorous, detail-oriented, flexible, client-oriented, and a good team player with excellent social skills
