Marrying your enemy - Pavillon Ledoyen (Paris) avec Didier Lepitre

EADS Secure Networks est une entité de la division défense et sécurité d’EADS.
EADS Secure Networks est l'un des principaux fournisseurs mondiaux de systèmes de radiocommunications mobiles professionnels (PMR). Elle propose aux organisations professionnelles, des forces de l'ordre aux sociétés de services, un degré de confiance à l’égard de leurs systèmes de communication sécurisés, grâce à des solutions globales de réseaux, de terminaux, d'intégration et de services. Le marché de PMR a vu pendant plusieurs années une bataille importante entre les deux principales technologies disponibles sur le marché : la technologie Tetra, proposée en particulier par Motorola et Nokia, et Tetrapol développée par EADS. En 2006 Nokia a décidé de se séparer de ses activités PMR et les a vendu à EADS Secure Networks. Les 300 collaborateurs Nokia ont été intégrés aux 1000 employés de EADS Networks.

Conference on developing and keeping talent with European Chamber GZ and SZ

Irene Rodgers was also invited by European Chamber of Guangzhou office to give a speech on “Developing and Keeping Talent” to their HR workshops on March 7th 2007 in Guangzhou, and March 8th 2007 in Shenzhen. We have got around 15 participants from different international companies for each session. Irene presented ICM approaches and principles on keeping talent issue by using ICM successful EDF Laibin case study. Irene Rodgers was invited by French Chamber of Hong Kong office to give a speech on “Reducing Management Risks of Mergers and Acquisitions” on March 5th 2007 in Hong Kong. 15 people form multinational companies attended the conference. "Successful mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances - how to bridge corporate cultures?"
Marc Raynaud, Managing Director of ICM and Tran Canh gave a lecture to 200 MBA students of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. This presentation was organised on  April 2005.

"The staff survey: how INSEAD measures progress and moves forward?"
Betty J. Flasch, Human Resources Director of INSEAD, presented the survey process to identify the staff expectations and implement improvement actions to support change issues. This event was organised in  March 2005.

"A peacefully developing China: New century, new Chinese business leaders"
ICM is the official French partner for the Global Young Chinese Leaders Forum, involving 400 managers of Chinese companies, 200 Chinese leaders working overseas, the media, 20 well-known economists and Chinese political leaders. The objective of this forum was to identify and discuss the reciprocal opportunities of global integration with China. It was organised in  January 2005, and facilitated by Marc Raynaud, Alexia Tye and Tran Canh from ICM.

"How to bridge corporate cultures?"
This lecture was given at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) and gathered more than 50 managers of western subsidiaries located in Beijing. It was facilitated by Marc Raynaud, Alexia Tye and Tran Canh from ICM, and Ian Kay from the EUCCC and took place in  January 2005.

"Culture Bridging: the success factors for a global integration"
This breakfast-lecture at the European Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai gathered 30 managers of international and local companies. This lecture was facilitated by Charles Gancel, President of ICM, Tran Canh, and Dominik Declerq, President of Nexans based in Shanghai. It was organised in  January 2005.

"Passing the baton"
A presentation from Pierre Gest, EDF China. Further to the launch of ICM book in China, this event gathered 20 representatives of multinationals implemented or with the project to implement to China. It was organised in  December 2004.

"International mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances: how to bridge corporate cultures?"
This presentation was given to BiMBA students, from Beijing University. It was facilitated by Marc Raynaud and Tran Canh from ICM and took place in  November 2004.

"Cultural understanding in economic exchanges"
Marc Raynaud had opportunity to meet with students from the China Foreign Affairs University. This event took place in  November 2004  in Beijing.

"Help leaders take up a new position abroad"
From Jacques Sacreste, ECK Poland (EDF Group). The speaker described his experience on how to adjust to a new cultural environment and mobilise his local team to increase performance. This event took place in  October 2004.

"Small & Medium enterprises 2004 - objective: implementation in China"
Marc Raynaud was invited to the French Senat to give a lecture, which objective was to raise awareness of the Human Resources management aspects in China, the local accompaniment of expatriates and the "passing-the-baton process" to local managers. It was held in  September 2004.

"How to manage remote teams?"
From Pascal Dorel, Agilent Technologies. This presentation clarified the advantages, success factors and pitfalls of remote project and team management. It took place in  June 2004.

"Heineken in Africa, strategy and implementation"
From Jean-Lou Homé, former Director of Africa and Middle East. His presentation was an opportunity to share original experiences on how to develop managerial competencies to support strategic objectives, within African subsidiaries. It was organised in  April 2003.
