The project run by ICM for Steelcase Strafor, involving top management teams in several countries, was a unanimous success. The message was clearly received, the consultants' interventions professional and we noted a new-found credibility in our company. Irene Rodgers had an extraordinary impact on the participants in the various work sessions.
