In partnership with her clients she designs
and facilitates organizational transformation, leadership
development and team alignment processes to get commitment
to shared goals, business success factors and values. She
has delivered 360° feedback processes, including providing
individual feedback to executives on their results.
Irene has worked with companies in Europe,
North America, China, the Middle East and Africa. Some clients
include sanofi pasteur, Air-France-KLM, EADS, Electricité
de France (EDF), General Motors, Heineken, INSEAD, and bioMérieux.
Irene has been a guest speaker on business
school programs. Her publications include articles in management
journals and a chapter on managing across borders in the Gower
Handbook of Management Development edited by Alan Mumford.
Along with the two other ICM partners, Irene published Successful
Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Alliances - Strategies
for Culture Bridging, (McGraw Hill, London, May 2002,Beijing
2005). This book will be published in Chinese by McGraw Hill
in early 2005.
