Didier Aveline

French, Senior Consultant
   
  Didier Aveline, French, began his career as an Operations Manager for a restaurant chain where he was involved in the openings of most of the new units.

 

Didier Aveline joined ICM in 2004 after over ten years of working closely on projects with ICM as an independent consultant. Specialising in organisation, quality and change management, he assists high-level managers and coaches senior executives at management meetings, executive alignment meetings and conventions.

Didier's first international experience was in Nigeria, where he worked as a manager and buyer for a catering company on major public works sites. Didier then worked for twelve years at Alexander Proudfoot in charge of developing new change management products. This job took him to most European countries, to the United States, Singapore and Australia.


Didier then worked with Philip Crosby Associates and when they were taken over, became Senior Vice President of the Academy of Professional Development and graduated from the Quality College in Orlando.

Didier has created and developed performance management systems for French and international groups including La Poste de Belgique, Kayserberg (paper), Renault and East Midland Electricity Board.

He has also developed specific expertise in industrial organisation, problem solving, inter-cultural management, teamwork and developing personal skills.

His clients include Arjo Wiggins, BNP-Paribas, BT, Campbell, EADS, EDF, Generali, TotalFinaElf, Hennesy, Louvre Hôtels, Rexam and Sanofi Synthélabo.
