Didier then worked with Philip Crosby Associates
and when they were taken over, became Senior Vice President
of the Academy of Professional Development and graduated from
the Quality College in Orlando.
Didier has created and developed performance
management systems for French and international groups including
La Poste de Belgique, Kayserberg (paper), Renault and East
Midland Electricity Board.
He has also developed specific expertise in
industrial organisation, problem solving, inter-cultural management,
teamwork and developing personal skills.
His clients include Arjo Wiggins, BNP-Paribas,
BT, Campbell, EADS, EDF, Generali, TotalFinaElf, Hennesy,
Louvre Hôtels, Rexam and Sanofi Synthélabo.
