Dympna Cunnane

  Dympna Cunnane was born and educated in Ireland and lives in London. She has over 15 years experience of working in and with organisations both as an internal consultant and for the past 9 years as an external consultant. She has a First Class Honours degree in Psychology and Philosophy from University College Dublin. She is a trained counsellor and is involved in Jungian analysis with the Association of Jungian Analysts in London.

 

Dympna works with international, private and public sector organisations, with a speciality in helping organisations work towards increased equity in gender issues.


She is an Associate of Cranfield School of Management and is on the Executive Coaching Panel of the London Business School, where she has taught on both the Sloan and MBA programmes. Her clients include BBC World Service, the Council of Europe, Schroders and Shell International.

Dympna's experience in organisations frequently includes coaching senior executives. One assignment with a merchant bank involved her in working with the Directors to enable them to coach and develop senior executives towards Directorship. She has worked on an ICM integration team with an international consulting firm client and been part of a coaching team for that same organization. She joined another ICM team with Volvo Trucks after their acquisition of Renault Industrial Vehicles and Mack Trucks.
