Jürgen Beyer

  Jürgen Beyer specializes in the design and implementation of change processes. He studied educational sciences at the Universität Bonn and Universität der Bundeswehr in Hamburg, focusing on social psychology, adult education, organizational psychology and public law. For 13 years after that he was in the German Air Force, where he delivered officer training and occupied the position of public relations officer for the commanding officer of the German Air Force.

 

Jürgen then went on to Argentina to run "train the trainer" program for a government office. He became a personnel manager for an industrial machinery company dealing and then moved to the same position in an international group of automotive subcontractors.


For a number of years as a partner in Baumgartner and Partner Consultants, Jürgen designed and implemented change processes including Total Quality Management programs for all management levels.

He ran various data-based projects including internal climate studies or surveys and leadership assessments.

Jürgen coaches international senior managers and works on skill development, career management and career potential analysis.

He has been part of numerous ICM teams with clients such as Teledyne, Airbus, Chronopost, PricewaterhouseCoopers, PPG Industries and the NAME project of the European aerospace industry.

Jürgen works in German and English.
