Sylvie Costa

French, consultant
and Survey Specialist
   
  Sylvie Costa, French, holds a bachelor degree with honors in Trade and Marketing and an advanced degree in International Business and Cross-Cultural Negotiation.

 

Sylvie began her career in Russia working for the French Trade Mission attached to the French Consulate in Saint Petersburg and then went on to Australia and England in investment banking, recruitment and computer software. After returing to France Sylvie worked in the Consulting department of Alcatel as a Commercial Assistant helping to promote consulting missions in new information technologies.


Sylvie joined ICM in November 1998 as a Project Assistant and became a Survey Specialist/Junior Consultant in 2000. She is involved in the preparatory phase of various projects, running interviews and summarizing data as well as designing seminar programs. Sylvaie has run many international surveys including ICM's Culture Bridging Fundamentals© Survey, surveys on values and company culture, employee opinion surveys and evaluations of executive committees. She works on management conventions, teambuilding seminars and training. One of her main missions has been to assemble and write up an Integration Manual for a client seeking to formalize the specific integration know-how acquired through the acquisition of 10 subsidiaries.

Sylvie has worked on projects with clients such as Chronopost International, Campbell France, Hennessy, Rexam, BNP PARIBAS, Heineken, EADS, EDF GDF, VediorBis, Accor, Air France, TotalFinaElf, AgustaWestland.

Sylvie works in French and English.
