  Victoria Doebbel, has a Bachelor's Degree (S.C.L.) from New York University in Psychology (Clinical & Community Psychology) and a Masters Degree and C.A.S. (doctoral studies) in Consulting Psychology and Organizational Behavior from Harvard University.

 

Victoria initially worked for 3 years with the Oil industry (in Venezuela) as an Internal Consultant to the board of Directors in the process of rationalization of the oil industry.


She then moved to France where she worked for 5 years as a Consultant for CEGOS (Paris) in the areas of Strategic Organizational and Cultural change, Management of long term development projects & new Public Management and Leadership effectiveness.
In 1994 Victoria joined the ICM team. She has conducted projects in the area of strategy definition and implementation, team building and management effectiveness. She also works in the areas of mergers and acquisitions.
Victoria's clients include Nestlé, Air France, CDC, Matignon and other large investment and insurance Companies in Europe.
Victoria works in English, French and Spanish.
