Since 1983 ICM has been working with the top 500 companies primarily in Europe, North America and Asia in the area of post-acquisition integration, leadership for change and team alignment for international senior management groups. Within the context of these projects we run diagnostics for individuals (360° feedback), for organizations (internal climate surveys; integration barometers; cultural diagnostics) and deliver high level competence development programs, for example, in international negotiations and influence, culture bridging, remote team work.
