ICM developed, implemented and facilitated, for
the European Commission, an action-learning program
for Russian executives. The Commission was acting
as project manager for a European consortium including
consultants and business people in the textile sector.
ICM put together a team of 10 consultants including
Russian co-facilitators and speakers from the European
textile industry, plus a team of ICM consultants
based in Moscow during the entire operation.

ICM's role
involved :
- Project management : replying to the tender,
building the consultant team - including Russian
and industrial colleagues, organizing logistics
in Moscow (rooms, transportation, simultaneous
interpreting, etc), organizing the immersion
sessions for the Russian managers in Western
European companies, managing the highly complex
financial reporting for the Commission
- Selecting the Russian participants (managers
in the textile sector) on the basis of interviews
conducted in Russia before the program began
- Developing five action-learning modules in
Russian : methodology, content, documents, speakers
briefs, training of Russian trainers
- Providing in-company immersion : ICM identified
host companies and negotiated internships, briefed
hosting managers, worked on internship objectives
with the Russian managers, followed up on the
internships and conducted de-briefing sessions
with the Russian managers and the host companies
after the immersion period was over.
