Web conference : From Silos to Cooperation

More than ever before, encouraging cooperation is vital to the effectiveness of international organisations.

At ICM, we are convinced that cooperation within a global organisation, and all of the benefits this brings, does not simply happen. It requires an enabling company culture and processes and systems that are aligned to working in this way. In our experience, this kind of change will only be successful if it is led by a senior leadership team that understands the aims of working horizontally, that serves as a role model and that is committed to making it last.
