Laura De Mori, Italian, holds a Master in International and Diplomatic Studies, from the Department of Political Science of the University of Trieste, Italy.
Laura moved to France in 2005, working with Solidarité Laïque on analyzing the management of international projects (Morocco, Romania, West Africa, South Asia) to identify and share best practices. She was also in charge of communication and monitoring of development projects in Afghanistan.
Laura joined ICM in 2006 where she is a junior consultant and experienced Survey Specialist. Laura has run interviews and on-line surveys on different aspects of corporate management: employee climate surveys, cultural diagnostics, 360° feedback, team and integration barometers. She has been in charge of the diagnostic phase of consulting and training projects for BNP Paribas, Council of Europe, Hydro Building Systems, INSEAD, sanofi-aventis, sanofi Pasteur, Steelcase and Safran.
Laura has also organised and co-facilitated seminars and working meetings with senior management teams worldwide for BNP Paribas, EDF, sanofi-aventis, Alstom and SEGRO Slough Estates Group, and facilitated training sessions on leadership and management for the Council of Europe.
Laura works in French, English and Italian, and speaks Spanish and Arabic.
