Philippe Lenoir develops and delivers coaching and training/development seminars for executives and managers. He accompanies teams and individuals in improving their ability to make decisions, develop relationships and apply best practice in leadership and management.
Before becoming a consultant Philippe held different management and leadership positions in industry and supplies. He has led major logistic operations in Europe and Asia and managed technical and sales teams.
Philippe has developed a strong interest in coaching teams in multicultural environments. He has worked with ICM to develop and deliver programs for AREVA, Sanofi and SNCF.
Philippe works in French and English. He is a member of the ICF and certified in Insights© Discovery.
