Read More about The Blind Spot of ComplianceNo change process can succeed without the support and commitment of leaders and their teams. And so, when ICM offers skill development for leaders engaged in driving change or transition, we emphasize two things: the personal, individual aspect and the leader’s own phase of transition – because depending on where you are in the transition, different skills will be required.
ICM’s Change Management Skills Development program offers:
- Theory about change management;
- Tools that will allow you to manage change more effectively (for example, force field analysis, change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis tools);
- Case studies and role play tailor-made to deal with specific challenges, especially individual communication skills.
This is a participative, interactive program that will engage you in a process of discovering theory about change, practicing skills, and giving and receiving feedback at every step of the process. The program includes several auto-diagnostics and can include a web-based team barometer as a pre-seminar assessment because successful change is the fruit of motivated and close-knit teams, going beyond individual engagement.
